While movie theaters are timeless, their changes for accessibility are only getting started. I designed SeatSnax hoping to inspire more services that aid those who need that extra help, but can be enjoyed by anyone.

As a Web Developer Intern, my tasks were:

  • Collaborating with UX/UI team to redesign website layouts using HTML and CSS.

  • Developed and tested a mobile version of the responsive website to enhance user accessibility.

  • Implemented countdowns and notifications to streams using Java and Ruby for added functionality.

My name is Tony Vu. I'm Polish-Vietnamese, currently living in Warsaw, Poland. I graduated from Lawrence University with a B.A. in Computer Science, and a minor in Economics. Although my education shaped me as a coder and programmer, what truly drives me is using my systematic thinking and technical knowledge to create solutions.

The medium which best applied this interest for me is in designing products, experiences, and visuals - where user-centered design can solve daily problems through usability, scalability and accessibility. My main goal is always to improve lives of as many as I can, and diving into UI/UX design aligns this goal front and center.
